I heard Mcdonalds Australia is having special burgers are something ? Some Mcdonalds in Latin America are having rice sticks are a promo. In Singapore, you give away Coca-Cola contour cups with designs of 5 sports. Anyone else care to share ?

The special burgers were in the lead-up to the games _ burgers representing different continents for each week in the lead-up. Can't remember what they were, but the MacAfrica burger was tasty.

Mr Tickle Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 The UK currently has a taste of the Orient Menu but no mention of the Beijing games and have a glasses give away but they are not Olympic related. I have been really suprised, McD's usually make a big splash of the olympics here but this time they havent at all, I wasnt sure if it was because of the difficulties leading to the games, with the torch relay and everything. Its been the same with Coca-cola as well, I bought a can the other day it carried a competition and carried the torch relay logo but no Beijing 2008 logo, the London 2012 logo instead, whats going on?
Lee Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 Must admit that I really like the McDonalds glasses that are being given away in the UK. They are shaped like a can rather than the contoured variety I have seen being given away in other countries.
