huaiwei Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 Doubt its their first choke, but at least its confirmed we wont see an all-Chinese final...for once!
theone Posted August 11, 2008 Author Report Posted August 11, 2008 Lin Dan just won his match. Xie Xingfang also won her match. Bao Chunlai faced an unexpected fight from a Guatemalan player... and he almost lost! That Guatemalan player is definitely a player to watch. Malaysia's Wong Mew Choo is playing on the next court to Lin Dan's game.. thank God for Beijing 2008 website providing live real-time results. She won the first set. Now leading her 2nd set 15-6. Next up, Malaysia's Wong Choong Han (MAS) vs Taufik Hidayat (INA) This should be interesting! Taufik is Athens gold medalist. He has not been playing well lately. Just recovered from dengue fever 2 weeks ago. But Taufik has the tendency to rise to the occasion, when it matters most!
