Guardian
For starters, I cannot wait to see who will battle at the men's 100m race final. It looks like the atmosphere favors the Jamaicans so far because of their potential for breaking the world record here. Of course, the environment could play a role here. RL3AO
I really hope Gay, Bolt, and Powell all make it to the final. That will be amazing to watch.
micheal_warren
Fingers crossed for Valleri Villi to win the Womens SHot put for New Zealand. Our first Track and Field gold medal since 1976
LinkParkFn
The biggest lock for gold in any event in Beijing is Yelena Isinbayeva in the women's pole vault, noone's going to beat her there. Blanka Vlasic should win the high jump, but it'll be more difficult than expected. As for distance events, the Kenyans and Ethiopians will dominate once again, and with the women's steeplechase added this time around, Kenya should dominate that one. ChicagoUSA2016
Except the Russian woman has broken every pole vaulting record this season. Do you get off on checking each and every post for something to correct or point out as flawed? I guess we'll just have to wait and see if the Russian breaks the Olympic record or whether Jenn will prevail.
