Oh ok. In Cape Town, we are providing seven 12m, 120 seat Volvo buses from the Airport to CBD (20 mins) catering for luggage/bags. Eight 18m 156 seat articulated buses are on standby depending on demand, not sure if these extras will have space for luggage.
Does Vancouver have a separate area at the airport for metred taxi's?

What rubbish. Vancouver remains one of the best places to live, and has delivered the Games even under the huge burden of the economic climate.

Received mine last Friday but still need to pick it up from the Post Office.

Here's my idea.
The inside cauldron will be lit and the roof will explode and collapse and the entire stadium will become one huge cauldron. This will ensure quick evacuation after the ceremony.

In Baron's next book I promise a much better graphic. Perhaps including a 3-d model of it which readers can access on a cd to be found in the backcover.

I feel like it should be more colourful, lots oversized flowers, glowing trees, large floral displays.
The floor will be covered in snow, and those broomsticks used in curling will be used to unveil the olympic rings beneath the snow.
The projections onto the roof will be a major feature of the ceremonies

indoor venues are not great for ceremonies, unless they can open the roof. this could be a disaster.

Silly idea. Many sports and non-sports venues are in the city centre, a huge cauldron over the lake would have been memorable.
