If you look Jimbo does actually mention both the Azteca and the Maracana in the post below that list. I'd also add the Indianapolis Motor Speedway if were including race tracks and the Shea stadium if only for the Beatles concert, probabley the most famous stadium gig ever next to Live Aid a Wembley.

I think its also a sign of where stadiums are going in general. The old idea of the big publically owned multi purpose stadium seems to be dieing and instead were getting mutiple stadiums designed and owned by individual clubs or sports federations.
