  1. Well never mind that fact. Here's all you need to know: Coors Field - 50,000 seats Invesco Field - 75,000 seats They would have it at Invesco.
  2. Don't know if anyone saw this article about the need to expand rail service for a Denver Olympics to be successful. http://coloradoindependent.com/49903/denver-2022-bid-for-the-games-to-win-20-billion-mountain-rail-system The writer has some interesting points about needed rail transport, but his ideas for a venue plan are just laughable.

Goalies: Martin Brodeur – New Jersey Devils Roberto Luongo – Vancouver Canucks Marc-Andre Fleury – Pittsburgh Penguins Stave Mason – Columbus Blue Jackets Cam Ward – Carolina Hurricanes Defencemen: Dan Boyle – San Jose Sharks Scott Niedermayer – Anaheim Ducks Chris Pronger – Philadelphia Flyers Robyn Regehr – Calgary Flames Marc Staal – New York Rangers Shea Weber – Nashville Predators Brent Burns – Minnesota Wild Drew Doughty – Los Angeles Kings Stephane Robidas – Dallas Stars Dan Hamhuis – Nashville Predators Duncan Keith – Chicago Blackhawks Brent Seabrook – Chicago Blackh
  4. No, it will be aired on CBS next year. The Super Bowl rotates between FOX, NBC, and CBS. By the way, NBC just aired a promo for Vancouver 2010 a couple minutes ago on the Super Bowl pre-game show. They had some beautiful, HD shots.

The left "person" is the North Shore, the center is Downtown (Golden Triangle), and the right is the South Side. The negative space between the figures shows the three rivers. Blue represents water, the lifeblood of the city. Gold represents the natural riches that brought millions to the city. And green represents energy efficiency: the goal of both Pittsburgh and future Summer Olympics. I'll post my banner when its done.
  6. I'll be posting mine on Monday. Very simple, but I think there's more to it than meets the eye.
