Tonight's practice was long course, sprint sets. Example: Swim your best effort 100, note your time. Then, 10x100 on a 4 minute interval with 10 pushups or 10 sit-ups or 30 seconds of planks before each 100. Start from blocks or edge of pool. After set, 100 nice and easy, choice. Then, 1x100 meet or beat your previous all out effort. Then, warm down.
