  1. It said I was unable to watch because I have Cablevision (not the same cablevision as you) so I lied and said I had Time Warner. and it worked!
  2. The article on the main gamesbids site regarding the Koreas not marching confuses me. Are they not marching together, or are they not marching at all? because the headline clearly says "Two Koreas Not Marching at Olympics" which would imply that they are not marching at all. But reading the article, I got the feeling they were marching, just not together. Could someone clarify this?
  3. MTV has the Olympics in Hungary? I never knew they did sports! Or that they were Hungarian! Or is it a different MTV that us Americans have never heard of?
  4. I wonder if they'll cut from the OC tape to show the first medal ceremony around 10:50 PM Eastern Time. They usually show the first ceremony, but it doesn't usually conflict with the tape delayed Opening Ceremonies.
  5. the complete Parade of Nations list (or almost complete, as Iraq isn't on there) can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Summer_O...al_flag_bearers. Or, if you're too lazy to go there: rder ↓ Nation ↓ Chinese name Flag bearer ↓ Sport ↓ 1 Greece Greece (GRE) Marcon Bezzi
  6. This guy from wikipedia is the Assistant Chef de Mision for Canada, and he says he's going to e-mail me the order for the parade of nations. I will post it when I get it. And, I believe NBC will show all delegations because as it is taped, they can cut to commercial without losing anything. That's what they did in 2006 in Torino. Let's hope. And regardless, you don't have to worry about Guatemala going right after Germany and Britain.
