OK, Russia I can understand, but Qatar; an entire world cup in a city ONE SIXTH the size of London, in 50 degree heat, which hasn't qualified for a world cup before, has no footballing history, doesn't allow alcohol, doesn't need 12 new stadiums, and treats its immigrant work force like virtual slaves.
