  1. Having watched the behind the scenes overview of the Sydney 2000 Opening Ceremony, I actually liked the design of the stadium back then compared to now. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/50/44/ea/5044ea68a0bb29db59037f3a937652cc.png

  3. With all the hype, I'm actually looking forward to the Olympics next year.
  4. https://tokyo2020.org/jp/games/ceremony/interview/ This is actually a very good site. Make sure to translate the page in English. This site gives an impression of the Tokyo 2020 Ceremonies through the interviews of the directors and producers.
  5. Hello everyone. Long-time, no see. So, with a year out until the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Do you think that Japan and Tokyo will reference or present their unique anime and video game culture, i.e Sonic, Mario, Pokemon, Studio Ghibli etc.?
  6. Well, according to the Stockholm Åre 2026 website, the team 'will return to Sweden and reflect on this result – whilst taking the positive collaborative forces with us to other future sports initiatives. We will come back in due time to the issue of future bids'. This could mean that they may bid for future Summer or Winter Olympic bids. I hope they are successful in the next Olympic bid soon.
  7. Well, I'm looking forward to Milan 2026. I would have liked Stockholm to win but there's always 2030 or 2034.
  8. I would like Stockholm to host in 2026. Only because Sweden hasn't hosted an Olympic event since 1956 if you count the equestrian events and they have a low budget and reasonable and positive impact on Sweden.

  11. Awesome ceremony! Australia couldn't have done better. Very original.
  12. https://au.news.yahoo.com/sunrise/video/watch/39705413/your-first-look-at-the-gold-coast-commonwealth-games-opening-ceremony/ Here is a video I got from an Australian TV morning show called Sunrise. It features a sneak peek of the Opening Ceremony. I don't know if this video is available only in Australia. If so, you can use a VPN.
