Let’s get the ball rolling.

For the first time since Sarajevo 1984 the Ceremonies for Milan-Cortina 2026 will be held in different venues. The Opening Ceremony will be held at San Siro which will be the old 60,000 seat stadium while the Closing Ceremony will be held at the historic Verona Arena in Verona.

Thank you, Australian. Have to say, though, that many clues were kinda there. Plus, knowing the host country's culture helps too. And no offence but some times in this forum seems that people tend to go too much with technicalities and enjoy less about the flow of things.

So, with this strange situation,of having two different venues for Opening and CLOSING ceremonies, will 2026 have a mini-Torch run that will transport the flame lit at San Ciro stadium in Milano to the Arena in Verona -- so there will be a real Flame to extinguish in Verona??

Logistically, it's feasible but do they really need to do it again? Otherwise, how will a flame suddenly appear at the Verona Arena for no reason at all??

	Discuss.
