Are you emotional?

I woke up this morning and as I was reading the news I saw this video on lifo.gr . I wanted to share it with you because it touched me very much and I had to cry. Something that happens time and again in the past months when I see something that touches me. As I was younger I used to control my emotions as I thought crying is a signal of weakness. Today I have no problem at all and I "filter" my emotions and temper more relaxed so people can see and feel in what mood I am much easier.

So I thought asking you about you being emotional.
Do you think it is a good thing?
Do you show your emotions?
