Flag Raising for the FINA World Championships in Shanghai hed

Today the flag raising ceremony for the 2011 FINA World Aquatics Championships were held outside the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center. 201 one flags were raised plus the FINA flag. The flags are of the FINA member nations. Apparently there are 202 members but only 201 flags were raised. My guess is they left out Taiwan. Photos in the link:
