Voted for Davey. Always a favorite -- well thought out, nicely executed.

they don't know what to prioritize here.
It's because this is a corporate-driven campaign. Bench saw an opportunity where they could play the 'Pinoy pride' and physical attractiveness cards to benefit the brand -- essentially piggybacking off the national football team's momentum. It was never purely about sports and the country's competitiveness in international tournaments. Like you said, there are other athletes and teams that deserve more exposure, support, and funding. Sadly this is not how it works in this country.

I have to admit that the billboards were distracting, but it was quite a sight. From this:

Ugh, my country.

I think it's one of those places where you could go from not knowing anything about it, to loving it.
I agree. I went on holiday to Seoul earlier this year. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially considering the language barrier. It was hard to communicate in English (and I don't mean this as an insult, just an observation based on my experience), but that didn't get in the way of the willingness of locals to respond. The city and its people just had this happy vibe and atmosphere. I hope that's going to be one of the reasons why PC 2018 will be a great WOG.
