Just a suggestion all - the numbers in the "Who will make the shortlist?" are all very low - even Tokyo is at 50% (meaning if you place a "bet" on them now you will double your points if they make a the shortlist. If you haven't signed up yet - do so now - make a prediction on the shortlist and get lots of play money in your account.

The data is not different, there is just more of it creating a better sampling. The methodology remains the same.

BidIndex is designed so that bids from different cycles can be compared - that's the whole point. Having said that there are some relative elements that means an identical bid would show a better score against weaker opponents, but that's all part of the race.
