WINTER
Pyeong Chang?   Yes
Sofia?                No
Jaca?                No
Calgary?            Maybe?
Almaty?             Maybe?
Sarjevo?            No

Summer
Montreal?            Maybe
Minneapolis?        no
San Diego?          no
Los Angeles?       maybe
New York City?    yes
Philly?                sure maybe
Paris?                OF COARSE YES
Madrid?             maybe
How can you say "maybe" to Madrid? It will host in the near future. In the 2020's.

How can you say "maybe" to Los Angeles? It hosted twice and will host again in this century, in the 2060's-70's.

And "no" to Sarajevo when it hosted once of the better Winter Games in history? When BH's economy grows in will host another WG, maybe in the 2040's.

And "sure" to Philadelphia? Of course Philadelphia won't host this century, and if the cities want to repeat it won't host ever...

Minneapolis and San Diego won't host ever.

Almaty, Jaca and Sofia the three will host a WG between the 2020's and 2050's.

I doubt Calgary and Montreal will host again a SG or WG.

Paris, NYC and PyeongChang will host early than you think. (2014, 2016, 2028).

I think that, possibly as
I can't speak for anyone else, he meant that Madrid has the credentials and popularity, but at the moment anyway, we don't know for sure when Madrid will bid again.  When Madrid does bid again, it's chances depend on not just on their bid, but also on who they will bid against.  There are several questions here that are relevant, the two most important being:

1) who they are bidding against and the differing qualities between them
2) Politics (in all areas) that are prevalent at that time!

Please don't get me wrong Mikel, but there are several things to consider here !

I only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking good either...

According to your predictions the USA will host 3 times before 2050 and Germany twice, do you think this will really happen? The supremacy of the USA is finishing and they will have to wait more years after 2016 to see the Games again. Germany will host before 2050, but no twice.
