After looking further into it the SF16 stuff was actually in there - at the bottom of the 2016 Applicant Files page. I have moved them to the USOC bids page. Ive also updated some Tokyo 2016 brochures, a whole bunch of 2018 stuff and more is coming soon.

Belgrade 1996 is on the list - 1992 I dont know - I'll ask Jeremie.
As for Tashkent I have searched and searched - no joy. Basically the produced one brochure and a questionnaire - thats it. I'd love to though! It is one bid I am really, really interested in!

Quick update -
I've started uploading the bits and pieces of 2018 brochures I have and thanks to a certain Frenchman in Switzerland -
The Paris 1992 Bid Book
In other news I should be heading back up to Sydney next year for work so there will be frequent uploads.
So head over to The Bid Library and have a look.

Regarding the Annecy 2018's brochure, we should know that :
- the French version was issued during the French Internal Applicant Phase
- the English version has been issued for the beginning of the actual IOC Applicant Phase
GO ROME GO....

Had a browse through some of these at the weekend - thanks so much for the effort of uploading them. Birmingham 1992 and Manchester 2000 of particular interest to me - had never seen anything of Birmingham's proposed Olympic Stadium before, and fairly strange the proposal was to convert it into an exhibition space rather than to a football ground or something. Neither bids seems anything special though - reading the Paris 1992 bid book Birmingham just didn't compete IMO, whilst as stated Manchester never stood a chance against Beijing and Sydney.
In a way it was a shame it was decided that London was the UK's only chance of staging the games as I do think with the right proposal both Birmingham and Manchester (and even Glasgow or Edinburgh) could handle the Olympics - but I guess that theory was proven correct with London 2012, all but quashing the chances of any other British city to host the games in the future.
Would be great though for 2020 (and 2022) for the IOC to take a step back and look at what a smaller host city could offer the Olympic movement as the way things are progressing it seems the games are just for the big boys and smaller, but perfectly capable, cities won't get a look in in the future.

Monster games = monster money for IOC monsters. If they can't get comparable money out of a smaller city, it'll never happen again. Too bad, but we're all on the same treadmill.
