FYI Posted September 29, 2016 Report Share Posted September 29, 2016 IDK if this is a 'headache' for the IOC, or simply just a hiccup. Rome was never really a strong candidate TBW, but the perception of their withdrawal may seem more than what it actually is. As long as the two strongest bids still remain in the picture, then the IOC would probably breath a sigh of relief, & that's all they would care about, I'm sure.
