I think it would be great if cities such as Portmore, Spanish Town, or Mandeville Jamaica could put on a Caribbean games, but am not sure on what facilities they have. Also I believe it has not ever been in the Bahamas, like Nassau. I think facilities like basketball arena in London could make this realistic. Any opinions?
