Any renderings of the Ceremonies stadium?

no, there is no render yet. I've only shared the existing ones. The render I used was something planned before, not specifically for Olympics

The Weightlifting "Arena" looks nice. A bit like Rome 1960.

Its a nice venue. Toronto proposed somewhat outdoors one in 2008 as well.

I heard that they're also going to build the Bosphorus Stadium for the ceremonies. I don't think it will host any sports, though.

I like the idea of an outdoor weightlifting venue.

I really don't understand the notion of a second stadium just for the ceremonies on the Bosphorus. It seems wasteful. Does Istanbul actually NEED another stadium? Bizarre.

I would really like to see the travel times between all these venues -- not the "projected" travel times, but actual ones.
