I am interviewing one citizen in each of the host cities of the Summer Olympic Games for the last 2 decades, for our website. (Will not add here. Seems spam like)
Would anybody from Athens be interested in answering a few questions via e-mail about being a citizen in Athens and attending the Games? Or can you refer me to somebody?
We aleady have 1 person each for Barcelona, Atlanta, Sydney, Beijing, London and Rio de Janeiro, but our contact for Athens has fallen through.
Thanks

Why should we consider it spam if you post the link to your website, especially if it has an Olympic theme? As long as you don't want to sell us anything, it's perfectly OK if you post the link. And even in such cases, we sometimes make an exception (see Baron's book website...).

Did you find an Ahenian Rafa?

I suggest messaging Pyrros2004. He was an Athens torchbearer and a regular member of these boards up until a few years ago. It might be worth messaging him.

Though I think he was from Thessalonika.

Rafa, do you want to contact my travel agent in Athens?? He is also on Facebook. (I forget that he might be receptive to your questionnaire because he actually grew up in Port Elizabeth if I am not mistaken. And then returned to Greece when he was 40ish or so.
