I was not really convinced by the Spanish team in its last group round match and you shouldn't talk about the French team in its last match v Sweden

Spain 2-0 France. And they're on semis. Also Spain breaks an historic streak (they never defeated France before in International matches. The most painful defeat was the Euro 1984 final.)

So we have our first Semifinal, Spain vs Portugal. Tomorrow we will know if England or Italy will confront Germany.

A highly underwhelming (and at times also very nervous) match by Spain. I'm still waiting (just as in Germany's case) for the match which clearly confirms their role as favourites for the title. It certainly is no football magic which they have presented so far at this tournament.

France was brave in the second half, but again very inefficient in using their chances.

So until now, all favourites have gone through. Only tomorrow there's no real favourite, and I really hope for an exciting quarterfinal after all.

What hurts the most, and it should be the same for Croatia is how much Spain can be defeated if you believe in you, once again they were good but not that good and certainly not invisible!

I would be really dissapointed if they win 1-0 over portugal before winning against Germany/England/Italy 1-0 too with the exact same dull game lol

And just like two years ago in South Africa, Team France's journey home is accompanied by bad headlines:

^^ Nasri is a sore loser. He didn't need to act like that with the press. Also, at least France didn't did a ridiculous campaign like in 2008 and 2010. But still not enough. This "new" generation still needs time to grow up.

The thing is that everyone in France, in europe, in the world and in the french team and every journalists who saw the last 20 matchs knows that Nasri offers NOTHING for france!

Nothing! never a pass forward, he never defends, never attacks, he never runs. All he is doing is keeping the ball for 3 seconds before giving it back to defenders behind him!

And the only one who don't see is Laurent Blanc! I can understand the players and the french journalist people & frustration when every f*cking attack we do is on the left side and Ribery who runs for 90 minutes in particular. How are we supposed to fasten the game and create danger when on the right there is just an arrogant douche who is only walking the all match and never offers a good pass or a solution to help Either Benzema or Ribery?
