I've already outlined what I know in the other threads. Will pretty pictures in both threads really decide anything? It's like "Tulsa" and all those other newbie-wannabees who think posting pretty photos will swing the day...well, I guess it's almost akin to the postcard visits regulated by the IOC. See other input here: http://www.gamesbids...er-bid-details/
So forgive me...if I don't actively participate in this thread. I'm actually quite fatigued by the whole subject. And, I'll let the Denver boosters have all the shouts. Hopefully, it'll jinx that bid.
Peace and out on this thread.

It's easy to toss off obnoxious rants, but when somebody asks for concrete specifics you go quiet.

I'm just a little tired of saying the same things over and over.

Alright, I'm trying to lay off here, but I don't get it. Someone starts a thread on Denver and it's almost like you can't jump in quick enough to give us your thoughts (most of which have the underlying subtext "this bid is no good, why aren't we just handing it over to Reno right now). Yet when someone starts a thread on Reno, the first thing you do is post a link to the RTWGC website. Yes baron, I saw that before it disappeared. That's not a discussion forum. This is. Some of us would like to discuss bids, both current and potential future bids. You seem to want to make a farce out of it and then get defensive when anyone else would dare to disagree with you and have a negative opinion of Sac-Tah-Reno. You say you're tired/fatigued of this subject? You may not participate? Right.. just like when you said you were done with Denver.
If you don't want to be a part of the discussion, fine. But it gets old when someone posts something, whether it's a venue photo or something of the like and you interject with "no no no, it's all wrong!" This thread isn't going away anytime soon. That's what this board is all about last I checked. There's a lot of people here that want to discuss the city and the bid you really want to win. Let's have it here instead of doing all this in the Denver thread or the USA 2024 thread.
