Its more of the West is pretty much united, and the fact more then one Ontario city (Toronto, Hamilton and/or Ottawa might split votes).

Ontario cities would probably only find support within Ontario in such a system.

Yea, but if lets say Hamilton runs up against Vancouver, obviously I would vote for Vancouver, because in all honesty Hamilton is the "armpit of Ontario"
