Logo comps are easy to do and very universal since everybody can draw here, no matter the software people have.
Stadium comp is really hard and master plan comp ask us too much time.

I think we should wait now a little before a new comp =]

GBForums have been boring lately... Miss the good discussions and points. The nice follow-ups on buildings and so on...
Now we have only chat with trolls or weeks without the old good boys posting...
So I'm giving a break, but I'll be back soon. Meanwhile I'll be around in SkyScrapercity, where no trolling and city vs. city is allowed.

I almost miss not having the comp to update today ...
:P

But I concur with you Danny. I know we've had the suggestion of stadium comps here, but you do need some decent resources and software to do it. And as for a bidbook/master plan, everyone tends to get enthusiastic and claim bidding cities when they're announced. But by deadline time the past few we've tried to have we've been lucky to get only a handful of proper entries by the time people realise how much work they take.

I think there should be plenty to keep us occupied this year. We're gonna get a run of real bid logos to critique over the next few months, then Eurovision will kick in, 2020 should start to warm up, and then there's the Big One in London in July - and we usually do a few polls and comps during a games time.

At this stage, I'm not planning to launch the next logo comp till well after the Paralympics finish later this year.
