What I would like is a small panel from Gamesbids to evaluate the applicant files using the same scoring system as the Working Group Reports i.e. fuzzy logic, same table format etc.
Essentially an Excel/Spreadsheet document prepared beforehand, and approx. 5-10 enter their scores(comments too if you wish) which are combined into a final score shared before the Working Group Report is released.

"The three credit rating agencies were key enablers of the financial meltdown. The mortgage-related securities at the heart of the crisis could not have been marketed and sold without their seal of approval. Investors relied on them, often blindly. In some cases, they were obligated to use them, or regulatory capital standards were hinged on them. This crisis could not have happened without the rating agencies. Their ratings helped the market soar and their downgrades through 2007 and 2008 wreaked havoc across markets and firms"
When banks and governments have rightly got much flack from the financial crisis, I wonder why these rating agencies have retained a level of trust and authority they don't deserve.

WRONG!! We all know Reno is in bad straits. That's why they need the WOGs. You either stage an Olympics if you're ultra-rich or your hyper-broke. What's another billion or two?
Maybe Gary, Indiana should thrown together a Summer Games bid instead of Chicago or somewhere else
