The BBC have highlights on the red button - first was tonight at 7pm which acted as a preview, but with no voiceover so lots of random scene shots then cutting to a random interview. Nothing from the opening ceremony either.
Highlights is sufficient but I think putting the ceremonies on live - without commentary would actually be preferable - isn't too big an ask.

I'm watching the official WYOG daily highlights show live online on TV8 Montblanc right now as I write this.
There is a You Tube channel but no full sports events or highlights, let alone the welcoming ceremony.

There is a daily general highlights show on TV8 Mont-Blanc that uses male and female French commentators obscuring the default English used on the program.

The BBC had a special edition of Olympic Dreams today focusing on the Winter Youth Games - but far more about the athletes than the action.
