It must be terribly exhausting to fake crying in such an intensity. Note that in most cases when they show the faces from close distance, you don't see one tear.

Just like the similar pictures after the death of Kim Il Sung, these ones are sickening proof of what a depraved (but sadly, still extremely powerful) regime North Korea has. This is happening on our planet, in the age of the internet! A whole country and its population is taken hostage physically as well as mentally by a sick ideology.

I agree...we are just staying here and watching. Why the goverments of the world are such cowards to take issues about this depraved regime?

Oh, right...nuclear weapons.

Nuclear weapons? Perhaps, but not really. It's more the likes of if you were to really impose sanctions and proper trade restrictions with North Korea (more than what I assume is currently there), then you'd end up angering China (North Korea's lone sole ally in the region), which might do the same.

Alternatively, actively engaging in a war in North Korea would make you the aggressor, even if post war intentions are true.

Their nuclear weapons capabilities (or potential) do not threaten us, China has far more advanced weaponry, but they don't threaten us. We had a Cold War with much of Communist Europe yet no real war eventuated from that.

Anybody have a chance to check out the Vice Guide to North Korea? It's worth a look, about an hour long:

Guess Mugabe just lost another "friend" of his. His people are celebrating in the streets of Harare and other cities in Zimbabwe. Wouldn't be surprised, if they ask for Mugabe and his extensive clan to "vanish" from the planet.
