No new bowls games this time like it was last year with the Pinstripe Bowl. All games except for the Hyundai Sun Bowl (CBS), AutoZone Liberty Bowl and Outback Bowl (ABC), and the Cotton Bowl Classic (FOX) will air on ESPN's family of networks. Many on ESPN. Apologies for not completing last year's bowls.

Still disappointed they got rid of the International Bowl.

When a new bowl game comes around held in New York City for the first time in around 30 years, that city will get a hell of a lot more cache than that one located in Toronto, especially with the Big East conference in NY's vicinity. I do miss the International Bowl in Toronto too. Big lifelong fan of Toronto. I hope to move up there next year or the one after that, definitely for college. Canada does have a lot of NCAA college football fans, but the bowl also lacked a sponsor. There was no way the Big East (or any other conference, likely an east coast based one) was willing to send one of its teams to face the Mid-American representative after the Pinstripe Bowl was announced.

American football is really a dangerous sport. Listen to all those stats of athletes dying young because of this sport and those whose brains turn to mush because of the constant concussions.
