i like the giant question mark stadium that seems to say 'yeah, we don't really have any idea what we're doing either, so why not? here's a question mark and a couple stadiums that look like frilly elizabethan collars.'

I was thinking, if the FIFA wanted to go to the Arab World, why not Morocco, it would have been way better... And its bigger.

Or because of technical factors. If that's the case, I want the world cup in my native New Brunswick. Apparently we have the population for it >.>

Morocco didn't bid this time around because South Africa hosted 2010 and thus they weren't allowed to (for 2018 anyway). They did bid for 2006 and 2010 and failed. FIFA had their chance.

Your thoughts on the Brazil stadia, krow?

would you guys like a thread on that? i fear the brazilian brigade will get all hot and bothered and latin passionate at me for being honest, but i can't actually make sense of anything they write anyway so it won't really matter.

it won't be as fun as qatar though, who really dared to dream with some of these.

Who cares what they think? It's not like any of the stadiums will be ready by 2014 anyway ;)
