Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag! Genieß das schöne Wetter noch -- leider sind ja die Vorhersagen für mich am Samstag sehr bescheiden... Musst du heute arbeiten?

Danke schön F. - leider ist das Wetter hier seit gestern nicht mehr so schön wie vorher - ich habe die Woche frei, werde nicht vereisen, da ich Geld für London 2012 sparen muss, aber ich werde mich verwöhnen.

(Thanks very much F. - it is a pitty, but the weather here isn't as good as before since yesterday - I have this week off, I won't travel, since I have to spare money for London 2012, but I will spoil myself.)
