Australia or France. Both for the stability, wealth, and quality of life that compares to what I have in Canada.
Australia has an exciting energy, it is young, has a great climate, and it is just beautiful.
France has a lot of history and culture, well connected to Europe and the world, a great geographic diversity for the kinds of things I love (from Alpine mountains to beaches to river valleys), and great food, wine and leisure.
There are places in the USA I could also see myself living in - California, for example.

I'd say Italy or Spain. (France, if I were much younger.)

I hear Norway has the best quality of life. So that's a possibility. But I like it here just fine in Canada.
I actually haven't done any international traveling yet, however I have managed to explore all the western provinces and states here on our continent. There's a lot of beautiful places, from the deserts in the American southwest (Grand Canyon and area) to coastal BC, Canadian Rockies and the prairies - it's all beautiful.
I did go to Mexico once - just walked across the border to Tijuana.
It's not great, but it's also not as bad as people make it out to be. I think East Hastings in Vancouver is worse. Hope to explore Mexico some more in the future, especially the Yucatan.
