Anybody happen to know when the book will be released? Will it be available in stores like Chapters?

On the official site (vancouver2010.com) it says it will be available in May. Don't know about in store copies or online only~~.

Here in Canada, I'm sure they will end up at Chapters book stores.

That Amazon page mentions June 9 as publishing date.

Just found the page with the press release on VANOC's website:

The release says the book will be released in late May.

According to the Chapters website, the book is on sale next Friday (June 11). List price is $85, but if you order it thru their website, it's $56.10 ($53.30).

I read somewhere that this is the first time an organizing committee is releasing an official commemmorative book.

I found a copy of it in Whistler at one of the mountain top gift stores for $84 plus HST. I was so happy to get hold of a copy!

However I noted that in the list of competing nations Colombia is spelled as Columbia and in the list of contributing provinces and territories at the back of the book, New Brunswick is missing. Not sure if that is an error or not...
