  • Interests:Right now, I'm totally digging Sherlock Holmes. And I blame it all on the new movie. Yeap, I'm one of those fans. Still, I'm finding the books to be extremely pleasent and great help during the black outs that have been plaguing my neighborhood lately.

I can see why it's called the Dandelion. It amazes me how creative people can get this day when it comes do modern archtecture. I wonder if Brazil is going...

What the...I don't even...

Ok...So, apparently, this has been described as a "Green Bird's Nest". Honestly, just...I can see where the inspiration might have come from, but I'm not fond of it.

I think this building is stunning, part of me thinks they should move it to the Olympic park after the expo is over but as I understand it the seeds in the prongs are to be distributed to Chinese schools as a gift from the UK which is a lovely touch.

Thought I'd post this image as you can see the in-built union jack a bit clearer

Apparently the legacy corner isnt installed yet, although its part of the virtual tour on the British pavillion website. Its neing built separately and is designed to slot into place when it arrives.

On a pavilion note. Apparently, the British pavilion is a massive hit with the chinese, its the only one they definately want to visit apart from the Chinese pavilion, its also the only one the Government officials are visiting

Baron's Brazilian Booty babe was one of the great images of the 2016 campaign to me. I'd love to see that again.

Thanks. Unfortunately, some agent of Ms. Paez took the photo down; and some Brazilians here (like Danny for example) didn't see the double entendre in it. He didn't like my Paez, but he was jazzed by Perreira the Piranha (which I may revive...if I can find the time).

Thats the seed cathedral, inside you see the seeds lit from behind, its one big exhibition and its the focus of the pavillion, then there are exhibition walk ways underneath the 'wrapping paper'
