I think it's a bit much to criticise the Tories for lacking substance when this government has been built on its very lack of substance. Though its epitaph will be the Iraq war, its biggest failures are domestic.

Say has anyone ever drawn the comparsion between how Boris looks and Actor Jeff Daniels character Lyodd in Dumb and Dumber.
