Chicago Eliminated From First Ballot

After the first round of voting in Copenhagen, IOC President Jacques Rogge has announced that Chicago has been eliminated from the 2016 Olympic bid.  A second round of voting will occur shortly between Madrid, Tokyo and Rio.  95 Votes were cast, 94 were valid.
